Welcome to the home page for the LSU Alumni Association in New Mexico. We have tentative plans for our 7th Annual Crawfish Boil. The date is Sunday, May 18th, 2008 from Noon to 3 PM. For our third straight year, we will be at Cajun Kitchen (Osuna and I-25 in the heart of Albuquerque). We expect to have over 300 pounds of great Louisiana crawfish flown in; and if eating good food, visiting with fellow Tigers, listening to Cajun music, and watching some LSU football highlights sounds like fun -- we've got just the ticket. We charge a $5 administrative fee per party, and crawfish is $3.50 per pound / 3 pounds for $10). Order as little or as much as you want, but order by May 4th so that we can let the folks at Cajun Kitchen know how much to buy. Crawfish not your thing? Cajun Kitchen will allow you to order off their menu (we hear that the Red Beans & Rice and Seafood Gumbo are tasty).
